Anderson Walmart, 3 day a week lease. Selling the patient records, and helping Walmart find a contract doctor. The previous doctor was there for 30 years and had accumulated over 35,000 records. I am selling the records and moving to Costco in Greenville. Previous doctor retired 6 months ago. I'm asking $5000 for the records, his phone number that he has used for decades. I have converted his records to Eyefinity EPM and was about to start marketing with Weave to all of his 35,000 patients on record to start recalling them in, when Costco position became available. 

The part I'll miss the most about this practice is the Walmart Vision Center manager. Phil is so cool and easy to work with. Non-confrontational and very supportive of the doctor. The other opticians and he, have been in that location for over 12 years, and are very seasoned experts, and all of them very pleasant to work with.

Anderson is right on beautiful lake Hartwell. The Walmart is the "lake Walmart" and is about a mile from one of the coves of the lake. A great town to build a practice in.

This is one of the good Walmarts. Previous doc was making a good salary there, no Saturdays, and they didn't give him problems as he slowed down. They continued to support me when I stopped taking insurances temporarily due to losing my biller.  Really great place to work. Let me know if you have questions.
