We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Optometrist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing high-quality eye care and will have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of eye conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on both advanced and routine optometric services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct routine eye exams to assess vision and detect eye disorders.

  • Manage and co-manage cataract cases, ensuring optimal pre- and post-operative care.

  • Diagnose and treat glaucoma, utilizing the latest techniques and treatments.

  • Perform foreign body removal with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

  • Educate patients on proper eye care practices and treatment options.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

  • Collaborate with a team of skilled optometrists and ophthalmologists to provide comprehensive care.


Qualifications:



  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school.

  • Valid state optometry license.

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in managing cataracts, glaucoma, and performing foreign body removal.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
