We seek a dedicated Dry Eye Coordinator to lead this exceptional practice's Dry Eye Program. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. The coordinator will enhance patient care and optimize program effectiveness while driving growth.

What You Will Do:

Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop strategies for program growth and patient engagement.
Deliver exceptional clinical support by educating patients on dry eye conditions and treatment options.
Assist in the management of treatment plans.
Integrate the latest diagnostic tools and technologies to monitor patient outcomes and effectiveness.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the marketing team, to raise awareness of the Dry Eye Program.
Manage and organize dry eye product inventory to enhance treatment efficacy and boost sales.
Collaborate with various teams and leadership to provide updates on program progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1-2 years of healthcare and/or aesthetics experience
Previous experience working as an aesthetician is highly desirable
Strong commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills
