Your Key Responsibilities as an Optical Sales Associate:

Welcome and greet our customers warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns.
Demonstrate empathy and a genuine understanding of customer needs to provide personalized service.
Support the team by managing inventory, restocking displays, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Spend quality time with customers, helping them explore eyewear options, educating them on lens features, and facilitating fittings.
Take accurate notes during customer consultations, document preferences and recommendations, and process orders efficiently.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career within the optical field.
