This boutique, multi-doctor practice in Sturgeon Bay is dedicated to expanding its eye care services to provide personalized and exceptional vision care to its community. Their commitment to excellence means that each patient receives comprehensive, individualized attention tailored to their specific needs. With a focus on fostering lasting relationships with their patients and their families, they strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and cared for.

Practice Highlights:
• This busy practice features a friendly and fully trained staff, including a dedicated pre-testing associate and technician to assist with advanced testing
• A modern facility equipped with an Optos camera, OCT, and visual fields machine
• An average of 15-18 patients per day, with exams scheduled on the half-hour for effective time management
• Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Fit and prescribe contact lenses
• Manage ocular diseases and perform surgery co-management
• Address patient concerns, including emergencies and pediatric care
• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality eye care

Position Details:
• Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 based on experience
• Bonus: 3% production bonus after six months; first $5,000 of bonuses can be applied tax-free towards student loans
• IRA Contribution: Maximum individual contribution (up to $7,000 in 2025) provided as a December bonus
• Perks: Coverage for WOA and AOA dues, 20 hours of continuing education, malpractice insurance, and generous paid time off
• No weekends or holidays!

Ownership Potential:
After three years of employment, you will have the option to purchase a percentage of ownership, allowing you to invest in your career and the practice.

Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
