This practice welcomes seasoned Optometrists and new graduates who can explore mentorship opportunities within their practice, which emphasizes surgical co-management and ocular disease. Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary of $130,000
• Performance-based bonus structure tied to collections
• Signing Bonus: A $10,000 signing bonus is available (tied to a 1-year commitment).
• Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD
• Benefits Package: Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage for malpractice, licensure fees, and AOA dues.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Minimal shared call coverage and occasional weekend call
• Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend hours and flexible scheduling
• Full-time (4-5 days/week) preferred, but part-time options are available

Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
