About the Role:
The practice typically sees 30+ patients a day, with each doctor supported by a dedicated scribe and a tech team trained to handle the full workup. As an Optician or Optical Sales Associate, you will:
• Deliver outstanding, personalized patient experiences from handoff to frame selection
• Support and educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and vision solutions tailored to their needs
• Utilize technology (Optikam, Lensometer, Edger) to ensure optimal fit and function
• Manage frame boards, inventory, and lens orders
• Work collaboratively with the doctor and tech teams to maximize capture rate and uphold the highest standards of quality
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques

Salary, Benefits, and Hours:
• $32+ per hour
• PTO, paid holidays, 401K, health & dental insurance
• Private Practice, M-F 8 AM-5 PM (Full Time)
