Optometrist – Private Practice | Louisville, Ohio & North Canton, Ohio

Louisville Vision Center/North Canton Vision Center is seeking an optometrist to join our established, privately owned practice in Louisville, Ohio. We are a patient-focused practice with a strong reputation in the community and are looking for an OD who values practicing independently while having the support of an experienced team.

The Position

• Flexible 2.5–4 days per week, with scheduling based on your availability


• up to 22 patients per day


• Per-patient or per-day compensation — whichever structure works best for you


• Average schedule at our offices would yield over $115,000 annually at just 2.5 days/week with per-patient structure. 


• Compensation is negotiable based on experience, schedule, and volume


• No sales quotas or corporate production requirements


• Experienced support staff and established patient base


• Modern equipment and technology


• Primarily routine eye care, comprehensive exams, contact lenses, and medical eye care


• Opportunity for additional hours if desired
